Mom, you were my best friend. I miss you.
Who will I call Peace, no pain for you now. (please email if you wish to reprint this) ![]() The number of lives she touched is unknown. Her funeral was literally standing room only. She was mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. As a terminally ill cancer patient, Lois spoke to medical students telling them what it was like to be terminally ill. She had courage, faith and love. At her funeral, Father Leo Alard christened her one of God's Saints. Few of us know the pain she lived with during her struggle against ovarian cancer, for she showed only courage. Never asking "why me, God?" Those of us who knew her, were blessed by her presence. She lives on in each us, not only in memory, but in our deeds. ![]() I love you Mom!
